Laminates and Coatings: Pyramid offers a wide range of laminates and coatings for all of our paper corrugated, plastic and foam materials. Lamination is used to produce a film structure consisting of two or more layers of materials (films, foils, paper, etc.) by adhesive bonding. Coatings and laminates come in a wide variety of fabrics, abrasive and heat resistant polymers, impact-resistant and heavy duty coatings. We have hot melt system that allows for durabiliity and cold glue applications for value. Our laminates and coatings are a cost effective way to protect your parts and class "A" surfaces.
Partition Style Inserts
Partition Style Inserts: Pyramid offers quick and economical turnaround on partitions made from corrugated paper, board or plastic materials for any application including a variety of approved abrasion protective laminates for “Class A” surfaces. Our partitions can compliment many of our packaging options and are often an integral part of our package design. Plastic Corrugated Containers: If a standard molded container will not work for your product, let Pyramid design a custom plastic corrugated container to fit your needs. They can be produced to any size out of a variety of materials. Pyramid uses a High Impact PVC extruded frame with a proprietary, reinforced molded corner insert for extra stacking strength. This also allows our custom totes to withstand a much greater side impact than other corrugated plastic totes available. Our distinctive design style is less costly than the common “Cut-n-Weld” option that is also commonly used to resolve these sizing issues.

Water Jet Cutting
Water Jet Cutting:In addition to our die cutters, Pyramid offers the ability to water jet cut your plastics or foams for precision applications. Cutting is controlled by a computer and special software which follows profiles/part geometry designed using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software. Water jet cutters are also capable of producing rather intricate cuts in material.
